The history of the firm

Since 1896 the Bellavista family has built deep experience in the legal profession.

The Palermo criminal bar association, founded on 9 February 1982, is named after Girolamo Bellavista, who sat in the Italian Constituent Assembly from 1946 to 1948.

Today Studio Penale Bellavista is known for its extensive experience in many areas of law, principally criminal law, criminal procedure and administrative law.
